Follow these steps with your current domain registrar:

Remove domain lock.

Get an  transfer key code.

Check whether administrator’s contact information is correct.

This is mandatory because message regarding the transfer process will be sent to the admin email address. (Except for .au domains, where all transfer information is sent to the registrant personal email.)

Cancel Protected Registration or Private Registration if you have it.
